📃 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the VaultWise website or using the platform, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. These conditions govern your access to the content, tools, and data structures available through VaultWise. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.

👤 2. User Eligibility
VaultWise is intended for users who are legally able to manage their own data and account access. No registration is required to browse public pages. To access subscription features, users must provide accurate information through the sign-up form.

🧭 3. Platform Use
VaultWise provides structured tools for entering, viewing, and organising financial data. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they upload or manage. VaultWise does not edit, validate, or interpret any user-provided content.

💼 4. Account Management
Users who create an account must ensure login details remain secure. VaultWise is not responsible for activity resulting from shared or misused credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, we recommend updating your login details promptly through the platform settings.

💳 5. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in USD and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Plan details and pricing are shown clearly on the “Plans” page. Users can upgrade or downgrade their subscription at any time through the account dashboard.

🔄 6. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription through the account panel. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively affect charges already processed. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

🔐 7. Data Entry and Security
All data entered by users is stored securely and remains under their control. VaultWise does not use uploaded content for analysis, prediction, or profiling. Data is not shared with third parties unless required for essential technical operations (e.g. hosting).

🛠️ 8. Platform Availability
VaultWise may occasionally perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. While we aim for consistent service, availability is not guaranteed at all times. We provide updates on planned interruptions when possible.

📆 9. Modifications to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. When changes occur, the updated version will be posted here. Your continued use of VaultWise after changes indicates acceptance of the new version.
