📄 1. Purpose of This Policy
This policy explains how VaultWise manages subscription cancellations and refund eligibility. It applies only to paid subscription plans and outlines the steps users can take to cancel their active subscription. All requests are reviewed according to the terms below.
💡 2. Subscription Nature
VaultWise provides a monthly subscription model. Each billing cycle begins at the time of payment confirmation and continues for 30 calendar days. Users have full access to selected modules during that period.
🔁 3. Cancellation by User
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Once cancelled, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No additional charges will be applied after cancellation unless the plan is manually reactivated.
💳 4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not issued automatically. To request a refund, users must contact VaultWise within 5 days of the billing date. Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, based on account activity and time of cancellation. VaultWise does not guarantee approval of any refund request.
📦 5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available under the following conditions:
Cancellation after more than 5 days from billing
Partial use of services beyond the halfway point of a billing cycle
Inactivity or failure to use platform features
Duplicate accounts created under the same email

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your full name, email, and the reason for your request. We do not require justification, but this information helps us process requests efficiently. VaultWise responds within 5 business days.
⏳ 7. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of subscription. Processing times may vary based on your payment provider.

VaultWise may update subscription features or pricing. These changes do not affect current billing cycles. If updates result in substantial changes, users will be notified in advance, with the option to cancel before renewal.
